No , as per act of road authority no learner driver is permitted to drive with out valid learner's license.

No, Namdrive Academy does not cater for any Natis fees.

For citizens you need to bring a copy of a certified Learners license , for non Namibian citizens a certified copy of traffic registration , copy of passport and learners license.
